The Best Wedding DJ category at the TopVendor Wedding Awards celebrates the talent, energy, and professionalism of wedding DJs who create unforgettable experiences for couples on their special day. This category highlights the essential role DJs play in setting the tone for an event, ensuring the dance floor is alive with energy, and creating an atmosphere that makes every wedding memorable.

Subcategory Guidelines: Participants can submit up to 10 images and may include one video from any events showcasing their DJ services. These images should highlight the DJ’s uniform, equipment, and the overall vibe they bring to the event. Make sure to include images of the DJ in action, particularly those showing guests enjoying themselves on the dance floor, to demonstrate how the DJ’s presence elevates the celebration.

When submitting an additional video, submit your video through a WeTransfer link and make sure the link is included in the appropriate field during the submission process.

In addition to images, participants must share a link to their Google Reviews page. This link will be provided to the judges, who will review the feedback as part of the judging process. To ensure your reviews are considered, you have until June 20, 2025, to encourage your clients to leave their reviews. The judging period will begin on that date.
