Whether you’re a seasoned professional or a rising star, we invite all South African wedding suppliers to showcase their exceptional work. You do not need to be a TopVendor member to enter, so everyone has a chance to shine! Simply follow the submission guidelines for each category and ensure your entry meets all the criteria.

4. What are the categories and subcategories I can enter?
There are several categories to choose from, including:
- Photography: Best Scenic Photo, Best Styled Photo, Best Couples Portrait, Best Captured Moment, Best Bridal Portrait, Best Wedding Album
- Videography: Best Highlight Film
- Floral: Best Floral Bouquets, Best Floral Installation
- Planner & Stylist: Best Styled Concept, Best Wedding Concept
- Graphic Designer: Best Wedding Stationery, Best Styled Stationery
- Wedding Cake Design: Best Wedding Cake Design
- Bridal Hair: Best Bridal Hair, Best Styled Hair
- Makeup Artist: Best Bridal Makeup, Best Styled Makeup

5. What is required for each submission?
- Photography: Submit up to 10 images for most subcategories, with specific instructions on how many images to submit depending on the category.
- Videography: Submit a Highlight Film via WeTransfer link.
- Florist, Planner & Stylist, Cake Design, Hair, Makeup, and Graphic Designer: Submit clear, high-quality images showcasing your work, with a maximum number of photos depending on the subcategory.
- Wedding DJ & Photo Booth: Submit up to 10 images showcasing your services, including photographs of your setup, operators, and guests enjoying the experience.
6. Can I enter multiple categories?
Yes, you can enter multiple categories, as long as your submissions meet the specific requirements for each. For example, you can enter both Best Bridal Makeup and Best Styled Makeup, or multiple Venue subcategories.
7. What are the Google Reviews requirements?
For some categories (e.g., Wedding DJ, Photo Booth), participants are required to submit a link to their Google Reviews page. This link will be shared with the judges, who will consider the feedback as part of the judging process. To ensure your reviews are considered, you have until June 20, 2025, to encourage your clients to leave their reviews. The judging period will begin after that date.
8. What is the entry fee?
The entry fee for each submission is R650.00. All entries must be submitted by the closing date, 20 June 2025.
9. What are the restrictions on the work I can submit?
All work submitted must be original and completed during the 2023-2024 wedding season. Additionally, photos should not include any branding or watermarks, ensuring a fair and unbiased judging process.
10. When is the judging period?
The judging period will take place from 20 June - 20 July 2025, with winners being revealed after careful deliberation by the judges.
11. How are the winners selected?
Winners are selected by a panel of expert judges who will review submissions based on the quality, creativity, and impact of the work, as well as client feedback (where applicable). The judges' decisions are final.
12. How do I ensure my submission is complete and meets all requirements?
Carefully review the guidelines for each category and subcategory before submitting your work. Ensure that you provide all necessary images, client reviews (if required), and any other documentation. Double-check that the images are free of branding or watermarks and are high-quality.
13. What happens if I do not meet the submission criteria?
Entries that do not meet the submission guidelines will be disqualified. This includes missing images, incorrect file formats, or any branding or watermarks on the photographs. Please ensure all requirements are met before submitting.
